Acceleration. Blog post. March.
Duncan loves to swim, it's a way for him to get away from everyone. One day he was at the beach way far out there so no one could reach him. He hears screams and looks over and sees a little girl a few feet away drowning. He tries to reach her but it's too late no one was close enough but him. Duncan has a job working in the subways Lost and Found. He finds a journal. The journal contains some awful things about random people and attacks. Things like killing cats and setting fires, and specific details about women. Duncan tries to find the person who wrote it, but he can't stop reading it. Will Duncan find this cereal killer? What's the killers next move going to be?
I didn't like the ending of the book because it all went by to fast and it wasn't really thrilling. The author should added more detail when explaining the house. I had a hard time visualizing the scene.
I would recommend this book to readers looking for a good book with a lot of feeling. Readers will not only experience a good book but, will realize helping others is the way to go. I think Duncan did the right thing by following him but i think he should have just called to police.
