The Warriors: Fire and Ice is the second book of The Warriors series and is about the main cat Fireheart finding out about a betrayal in his own clan.

Fireheart is a member of a clan of wild cats who have their own hunting grounds. There is the Thunder Clan, the River Clan, the Shadow Clan, and the Wind Clan, there is also the Star Clan but they are ancestors of the clans. Fireheart the main guy is a new Warrior and finds out about a betrayal in his own clan! The Wind Clan cats have been driven out of their Turf and need to be brought back to restore the  balance.
